SUPREME SYSTEMS by ALUMIL

This page is dedicated to some of the most glamorous and quality systems of the company I'm currently employed, ALUMIL S.A. These products belong to the "supreme" family of ALUMIL's products and they offer exceptional quality and performance standards. They are suitable for the most demanding projects and for those who wish to invest in quality and exquisite design. Technology from the future has been brought to the present for the developement of these systems.

 

 

 

S700 is a top class LIFT-SLIDE system, for very big structural openings with impressive, out of competition characteristics. Some of its characteristics include amog others:

  • Narrow sash face of only 84 mm

  • Interlocking face width of only 47mm for double sash sliding doors, for maximum visibility, and door height up to 3,00 m

  • Concealed threshold profile, flash to the floor

  • Smart water evacuation system, perfect for heavy rainfalls

  • Special 24mm anti-distortion polyamides

  • Very high thermal insulation (Uw up to 1,3 W/m2K)

 

 

 

S650 is the ideal option for extensive openings, offering extremely elegant constructions with high durability and performance. An additional feature of the system is the improvement of human living conditions through the emphasis on the glazing surfaces and the reduction of visible aluminium frame.

  • The sash of the system is completely concealed in the frame track which is embodied in the wall and the floor

  • The final construction has narrow visible aluminium frame of only 32mm face width at the interlocking point

  • The special stainless steel heavy duty rollers and the solid inox rail offer smooth and easy scrolling of the sashes of weight up to 300Kg

 

 

S600 is a high-end sliding system that has been created in order to make you feel like living outdoors.The principal characteristic of the system is that both the fixed frame and the sliding sash are hidden in the walls, in the ceiling and in the floor, so that no aluminium frame is visible from inside or outside

  • No limit to the width of the opening

  • The height of the door can be as high as the glass can stand the windloads (advisable 3,20m height)

  • Special locking devices, in the interlocking profile or in the concealed fixed frame, secure the opening.

  • Heavy duty, low weight twin rollers can carry frames of up to 300 kg.

  • Water drainage system can be very simple or more sophisticated, depending on the profiles used and the floor construction

 

 

 

S95 belongs to the new generation of ALUMIL high-end products that meets the needs of energy efficient passive buildings and it combines aesthetics thanks to its minimal design with excellent thermal insulation. Alumil confirms once again that is among the most developed companies in the design and production process of advanced architectural systems, creating the premier opening system frames Supreme S95.

 

The Supreme S95 was designed for a project in order to meet the requirements of passive buildings for a multinational company in U.S. It belongs to the new generation of upgraded systems of Alumil and responds to the needs of energy-efficient of passive buildings combining aesthetics thanks to its minimal design and excellent thermal insulation with Uf value at 1,1 W/m2 * K!

 

 

SD95 is a system specially designed for entrance doors of high aesthetics with high quality materials and exceptional characteristics

  • Maximum energy efficiency thanks to extremely low thermal insulation coefficient (Ud<1,0W/m2*K)

  • Anti-distortion polyamides to accommodate the deflection of the door due to the difference between inside and out temperatures

  • Continuous central gasket for better air and water sealing along with improved thermal insulation performance

  • High level of sound reduction

  • Concealed, barrel or surface mounted hinges

  • A variety of different multi points security locks which offer enhanced security levels

 

 

S80 has been created in order to achieve a PURE, MINIMAL, SLEEK design, with the least visible aluminium surface and with top performance. The impressive characteristics of this system include:

  • Hidden sash with a very slim surface width of 67 mm and a basic depth of 80mm

  • Very narrow “T” and adjoining profile, which offer identical width of visible surface of only 67 mm

  • Standard triple glazing of 40mm total thickness, recommended for ultimate energy saving

  • Innovative thermal brake material for very high thermal insulation (Uf =1,68 W/m2K)

  • Robust constructions can be created thanks to the wide depth of the frame profiles (80mm)

 

 

S60 is a complete system for all kind of opening typologies, with very high energy efficiency. The system offers:

  • Variety of window design: flat, soft line, inclined, classic

  • Doors with concealed, barrel or external hinges

  • Windows with concealed sash

  • Perfect window walls

  • Extremely high thermal insulation thanks to polyamides of 38mm and wide polyurethane bars internally fitted, bringing down the Uf value to 0,98 W/m2*K
