I have been involved in many projects throughout my professional career, some of them being more significant and some of them less. Below, I list the most interesting and challenging projects that I have worked on.

ALUMILCAL: I've been the project manager of the ALUMILCAL project in ALUMIL S.A. ALUMILCAL is a calculation software for windows, doors, curtain walls programmed by the german reputable company ORGADATA. As a manager of this project, I coordinate all activities concerning the setting up of the software for ALUMIL as well as the strategic aspects of the software in reference to market penetration

TID TOWER PROJECT IN TIRANA, ALBANIA: A very demanding project in the center of Tirana, the highest building of the city. I have worked on this project together with the architectural office 51N4E from Brussels. The building needed a specialy designed aluminium system due to its decorative elements on the outer facade. We designed a system which fit the project needs and outrun its competitors.

THERMAL CALCULATION SOFTWARE: Due to national regulations, all of the windows and doors need to exhibit certain thermal insulation properties. In order to provide engineers with an easy tool to calculate the thermal properties of windows and doors, I managed a project in which a specific calculation software was developed and realeased for all engineers involved in such kind of calculations.
